How to Solve a Conspiracy Puzzle

Each puzzle gives you a grid of suspects, aligned in rows and columns. Your task is to use the clues given to separate the guilty conspirators from the innocent bystanders. Clues that refer to someone's "neighbors" are referring to people directly next to that person (including diagonally). Clues that refer to someone's "line of sight" are referring to all other people in that person's column and row, combined. (Important to remember: people do not see themselves in their own "line of sight".)
